Making Your Own Oatmeal Facials
Clean, clear beautiful skin is something everyone wants. Most of us will want our face to be smooth and beautiful. Many will spend hundred on expensive products or professional beauty spas. Can you afford this expense? Try making your own right at home with little expense. In fact you will find many ingredients in your kitchen that can be used to make great skin care products. Read on for some great recipe ideas for oatmeal facials.
First grind up half a cup of dry oatmeal in your coffee grinder or food processor until it is smooth and powder like. You'll need to let that sit a minute as you prepare the other ingredients in a separate bowl (yogurt and honey for example). Blend all ingredients into a paste. Avoid the skin around your eyes as you spread this mix on your face. Use a warm wet washcloth to remove this mix after around fifteen minutes. That feels nice now doesn't it?
This will thicken as it sits. Combine the next ingredients as you wait for the thickening, tablespoon yogurt, tablespoon honey, and one egg white. Thoroughly mix all ingredients together. Use your finger tips to evenly spread mix onto your skin avoiding your eyes. Let this mixture dry on your skin. Use a tepid water to rinse clean or shower and rinse.
Mix until blended into a coarse texture. After washing and rinsing as usual pat skin dry. Take care to avoid your eyes but spread mix evenly over your face and neck. Once you've let this sit for a few minutes, around 10 is good, then you can rinse with warm water.
Create your own recipes or use the above few for great oatmeal facials for your skin. It's not smart to waste money when you can get those ingredients right from your kitchen.
